Health measures for covid-19

We apply the protocols dictated by the State to ensure the protection of customers and employees: "guide sanitaire pour les professionnels CHRD - May 2020".

ENHANCING HYGIENE AND CLEANING MEASURES:

  • Cleaning of common areas including handles, switches, lift buttons, room keys between each guest visit.
  • Each room is blocked 24 hours after the departure of a client (subject to availability).
  • Change of cleaning materials between each room,including microfiber cloths and wipes.
  • Systematic change of all linen and all products provided in the room between each guest.

PREVENTION AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR OUR TEAMS:

  • Staff are equipped with masks, gloves and hydro-alcohol gel.
  • Staff are trained in barrier procedures and ensure that they wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction.
